Wirtgen collects business contact details submitted through inquiry forms — name, company, country, email, phone and project description — to respond to milling machine, reclaimer and soil stabilizer requests.
Data is used to route RFQs to application engineers, schedule demos, and support parts or service follow-up. We do not sell personal data. Telemetry demos, when requested, are scoped separately with fleet managers.
Inquiry records are retained as needed for commercial follow-up and compliance with applicable record-keeping rules, then deleted or anonymized.
